Anyone aged 14 and above, regardless of fitness or experience, is welcome. Aikido is low-impact and adaptable, making it suitable for adults of all ages. Many practitioners start later in life and enjoy the physical and mental benefits
What should I wear to training?
Wear comfortable clothing like a t-shirt and sweatpants, we recommend a training uniform when you commit.
How often are classes?
We hold classes once a week, on Tuesday evenings at 17:45 - 19:00
Is prior experience or fitness level needed?
No experience is necessary, beginners are guided step-by-step. Aikido techniques rely on timing, posture, and body movement, not brute strength. Flexibility and fitness improve naturally through regular practice.
